If you’re unsure, our Dosage Observation Sheet is a good starting point, and we always recommend checking with your doctor before adding any new supplement to your routine, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
Indefinitely. We have used a product which had been stored for seven years and it provided the same beneficial health benefits. We state that the products are best used within 3 years; however, if kept dry and stored at room temperature (not frozen), the product retains quality. You can refrigerate but do not freeze the products.
